About Me
I studied fashion and public relations, earning a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising. However, my true education came from working my way up through leadership positions in stores.
I worked for companies like PacSun, Anthropologie, and Tilly's. After spending 24 years in retail leadership, I deeply understand the challenges facing teams in the field.
Now, I bridge those gaps by creating practical guides that combine down-to-earth leadership development with the art of real-world application.
